You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abc356 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of abc356.

abc356's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abc356 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, force majeure events, PAGCOR-imposed operational restrictions, acts of government, or actions of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits abc356's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

abc356 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive, in which case the amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

abc356 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if abc356 determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. Upon termination for cause, abc356 is not obligated to return any deposits, bonuses, or winnings associated with the account.

You may close your abc356 account at any time by submitting a written request through the live support channel. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations on active bonus balances.
